We purchased this doll to help with potty training. You have to jam the bottle in the dolls tiny mouth hole and squeeze with all your might to get the doll to "drink". After you clean up the water mess from the squeezing, you put the doll on the potty and squeeze the water out of her by pushing the belly. --NOT a very natural process! One of the eyes is stuck open as well, so she never sleeps when you lay her down. Not worth the big bucks.
