After opening many packages, our 6 year old Grandaughter spent about 2 hours playing with her Calico Critters present and then she took very little interest in her many other gifts (toys). As Grandparents, we felt that the Calico Critters was a nice gift that will keep her busy and quiet as she plays with it.
