I gave Ryan's Room Doll house to my 7 year old granddaughter last xmas. She loves it. She plays with it for hours. This year she told me that she needed more room, so I purchased the Make More Room for the doll house. Ryan's is easy to assemble and well made it holds up to my grandchildren play.
